To get connected to Remote Access, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure your business computer is powered on and connected to the Internet.

Make sure the DaySmart Salon Remote Access Service is running.
- Within DaySmart Salon, open the "Online Services" menu and select "Remote Access Web Setup".
- Press the "Start Service" button. The Service Status should be listed as Running.
